About Billie-Jo
I am a wife, mommy and blogger at Billie-Jo’s Kitchen. I am married to the love of my life and best friend Jimmy. I jumped into motherhood at the age of 48, when we adopted a set of three siblings. I embraced the love, challenges and joys that came along with being a new mom. As a mom of 3 energetic kids, I quickly realized the importance of meal planning, organizing and creating lasting memories with my family.
With all this new chaos in our house and determined to restore some order, I implemented effective organizational systems that not only brought calmness, but saved precious time and sanity. Meal planning quickly became my best friend. It was my lifesaver to those crazy days. By carefully planning our meals each week, I could minimize the last minute trips to the grocery store and ensure our family was eating healthy and delicious meals. Plus I was able to save money by not eating out and not buying things we didn’t need. This allows me to spend more time with my family and even make a little time for myself.
With my new found passion and expertise, I have learned that I love helping moms organize their chaos, life and prepare easy, delicious meals, while making time for their family and themselves. Together we can transform your kitchen into a memory making space, while creating easy and delicious meals. We can make your home a place of order and memories. So whether you are a new mom or a seasoned mom looking to find yourself again and regain control, know that you are not alone. I firmly believe every mom deserves the opportunity to cherish the moments with their hubby and kids without feeling stressed or overwhelmed by the chaos of everyday life. Let’s embrace this journey together and make the most of every moment being a wife and mom has to offer.
With love ????
